We want to have the best chance of closing every lead you send in. To ensure our sales team has that we ask that all leads coming in have some or all of these qualities:

Physical distress
Overgrown grass/plants
Broken windows/siding/doors
Patched or damaged roofing
Signs of no/low maintenance

Vacancy
Backed up mail service
